Indulge in an exquisite five-course wine dinner with Martin Tesch’s single-vineyard Rieslings paired with the bespoke menu prepared by Chef Virgilio Martinez of Ichu Peru. Discover the versatility of the different dry Rieslings as Martin guides you through the history and diverse soil types found throughout Germany, and specifically, the Nahe which lends the wines such a unique character. Exclusive to this dinner will also be Martin’s rare release of his Sonne Beerenauslese 2018, only his second vintage since its debut in 2015.
