(1) Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
(2) Tickets are issue via email. Please indicate all attendees full name and contact details.
(3) Cancellations received by us in writing 14 days or more prior to the date of the event will be refunded. No refund shall be provided to cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event.
(4) Customer may send someone to attend in his/ her place if him/her cannot make it. Please advise us in advance of their name and contact details.
(5) Ginsberg+Chan reserves the right to vary the time, venue, wine selection without prior notice.
(6) If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
