Join us on September 5 for a culinary journey paired with some very best Rhone valley wines at the 1-Michelin Star Tate Dining Room & Bar. The menu is carefully curated by the owner Chef Vicky Lau. She was named the Best Female Chef in Asia by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2015.

Tate Dining Room & bar is best known for its avant-garde take on Chinese cuisine creation with a French twist. Reflected through an 8-course menu of “Edible Stories” bringing you on a journey of flavours, G+C is proud to present you a carefully curated Rhone valley wine menu to pair perfectly with each course.

Tate was founded in 2012 by Chef Vicky Lau. You will find the venue in the heart of Sheung Wan, where reigns a very intimate and comfortable atmosphere. 12 of us will be seating in the spacious private dining room, among them  Ken and Pierre from G+C will happily be showcasing the selection of wine.
