Choosing the wine is 99% based on customer preference and needs from feedback, 1% is my own style and choice that I wish to try out with the customer to see if customers like them, and this will always help me decide how to keep the menu updated with new ideas.
Mandarin Grill + Bar’s wine list is a full international list with more emphasis on Italy and France. Frequently updated due to the seasons and guest feedback, there are currently 851 labels from 22 countries, catering for different tastes of our guests. The resident sommelier carefully selected all the wines to complement meat and seafood dishes, as well as delectable desserts.
